Sirius - The scholarly menace (Moth champion spotlight)

Yea, I don't know what i was thinking This new concept is basically a humanoid moth, with a greatsword, who is actually a demon of knowledge, which studies human intelligence, actions, mentallity, strength, weaknesses, etc. He is highly intelligent, and powerful, and is how some of the demons in runeterra know their ways of killing, or by giving them information, he could set up targets for nocturne, or tell evelynn about potential victims. But really, this demon is a giant moth with a greatsword, I think that the fact that he is highly intelligent is already more terrifying, considering he probably knows ways to take down demacia, ionia, even noxus with ease by now. He looks down on humans for that they sin for their lifetime, and only witness their prayers to their gods once the time comes for their death, which he find disappointing and pitiful. Anyway now for his kit.

Lane: Jungle Role: Bruiser Damage: AD (AP for an occasion)

Passive: Gathering Intelligence The more Sirius attacks certain enemy champs, he gains bonuses to some extent (somewhat like kayn's passive except he doesn't have two forms) He gains fixed amounts of stats for each hit he lands. The bonuses he gains will be used preferrably against those types of champs. Tanks: Sirius can gain up to a total of 20 bonus armor penetration. Mages: Sirius can gain up to a total of 40 bonus magic resist. Marksmen and Melee champs (assassins, bruisers, etc): Sirius can gain up to a total of 40 bonus armor. Junglers: Sirius can gain 15% bonus lifesteal and spell vamp.

Q: Cross slash Sirius has a bent x-shaped range in front of him, the width of both crescents that makes up the x is wider when furthest in front of him. He swings his greatswords swiftly and with precise force, dealing damage with both strikes while slowing opponents while marking them if they were hit by both slashes.

W: Advanced Precision Sirius locks on to a target, gaining extra movement speed by hovering over the ground for 7 seconds, he can recast the ability to cancel hit, and has a 3 second cooldown until he can lock onto another opponent, but once the duration expires for the effect, he has a regular 17 second cooldown. Once sirius locks onto an opponent, has has extra attack speed and movement speed towards that enemy champion as long as he is in the wide circle of the enemy champion, enemy champs can escape via cc and running away, or knocking him far back like lee sin or poppy's ult, which cancels the status. While locked on, all of sirius's abilities will lock on automatically on that specific champion, where they dash, flash or anything. Bonus effects while locking on. Q - When using his q, he blink up to the targetted enemy champion and casts the q, dealing 15% more damage than his q would do regularly. E - The mark will burst quicker with his auto attacks, while dealing more escalating damage than normal, but has the same 1 second stun.

E: Slice Shocker Passive - Sirius's greatsword is charged with electric energy, which makes a burst of voltage occur each time he strike an opponent with an auto attack, which damages opponents around the target enemy with 25% of the damage the main target takes. However, if the opponent is marked by his q, Sirius deal more and more damage from his auto attacks to a limit depending how radioactive the mark is. If Sirius strikes the opponent enough, the mark will burst, stunning the opponent for 1 second.

Active - Sirius gains 4 stacks of Slice Shocker, which gives him longer range of attacking, sending out streams of lightning from his sword to enemy champions if they are farther than his previously existing range, the damage he would do with his auto's as AD is transferred into AP damage.

R: Threading the Needle Sirius's greatsword splits into razor sharp blades and cancels his ability to auto attack or cast his e and q, but he can still move around. Once casts, sirius will send out a storm of razor sharp blades at a target enemy champion, rapidly piercing the blades through them. If the opponent was killed from this attack, he acts to tear the blades out of them, but when the blades return to him in that specific way, they automatically slight through opponents in a range between him and the killed target.

Interactions: Ahri : I can't tell if your a demon or a human's... what's the word... fetish. AurelionSol : You expect us to be more inferior but for the sake of my research I will find something that makes you inferior. Corki : I am pretty sure you haven't learned about aerodynamics. DrMundo : I can't even figure out your Intelligence Quantity... there isn't any. Evelynn : Evelynn if your here to learn about other targets, there is five of them screaming at me. Evelynn : Is your appearance a real physical form that you created yourself, or an illusion made by shadows. Fiddlesticks : I can't tell if your a demon or just an angry sock puppet. Jinx : And humans say us demons are chaotic. Kaisa : Please tell me how you accomplished to gain that advanced weaponry. Kayn : A child wielding the fallen ascended of death... as a garden tool? Leblanc : My tactics exceed yours by a large margin. MasterYi : I am wondering how that helmet works more than the blade. Nocturne : Fear is always something that drives man, brings them to war, conflict, all because they fear of what they created. Nocturne : There is only one nightmare I had, a world without knowledge, a world without science. Shaco : Enough laughing around, drive your victims into mayhem. Singed : You try so hard to gain the outer boundaries of knowledge, but I already have. Swain : Your the only human whose knowledge can match mine, I respect your will and power Jericho. Swain : The will needed to possess that demon, is preposterous. Vayne : You can kill a demon, but you can't keep them dead. Vayne : Evelynn informed me to relay a message to you, she said "your father was great." Zac : You seem like something I would experiment on. Ziggs : And I thought humans were crazy. Pentakill: Science never dies! Pentakill: Just a waste of generic elements. Destroying turret: Poorly stabilized, designed, crafted, did they even try? Destroying turret: Give me a break, I make vials more durable than that! Joke: To lamp, or not to lamp, yes I shall get a large lamp. Joke: This human skull shows how inferiorly weak they are, and how much they hit their heads on desks.
