Loot and Crafting Inventory

Lately I have been getting a lot of skins in the mystery box in the Loot and Crafting Inventory that I don't really need, the reason being either I do not have that champion or I do not like the skin personally. But ironically, all the skins that I have gotten in the box are the skins my friend wants so badly, so I have been thinking if it's possible for Riot to make a change and actually make it possible to gift them the skins even if I got them from the mastery box, that would make them so happy. So yes.
