swain adjustment idea instead of total rework

lets start with his pass, for a master tactician it misses the mark of keeping him in battle or wait, an now there are other passives like it (dorans ring, Brand), well what keeps you in battle, hp and mana (if you are a mana champ), but that would make it like chogath an you are not getting while in battle so I came up with this pass : gain hp OR mana depending on which is lower based on 3-20% dmg dealt.

his Q has no interaction w/ his other abilities other than just more dmg, not what you would expect on a master tactician (like syndra and brand do) adding a blind and silence would make landing his W feel much more impactful (animation Beatrice goes to targets in area and pecks them )

it is currently easier to lead w/ his W but he misses out on the bonus dmg from E which is not like a master tactician an d its long range makes it hard to get to target before they escape, I suggest reduce range to 700 but increase radius to 325 an add "when snare enemy champion gain movement speed" which allows him to choose to continue in or leave.

if you are a tactician you never only atk 1 target, yes it gives dmg but misses the point of going an not dying early on by their dmg, increase range to 700 make it an aoe burst radius 325 with "WHILE marked dmg to swain is reduced by 20%, and if target DIES furture dmg is increased by 5%,& if target kills swain their future dmg to swain is reduced by 5%" an it gets quotes, kill: "this time was easy enough, next time will be even easier", died "you won this battle, but you will lose the war." (Q interact Beatrice does 2X dmg as beam animation )

his R needs when hit send out another raven at attacker(increase mana cost/for current mana cost) to counter that he can only send one every other second

his Q,E need 7sec cd since they act over 4 seconds
