Old Splashees

Hey! i've been playing since s3 and i was wondering, is there any way one could use the old splash/loading cards/ingame art? ive always detested the new and and splashes in particular, and was wondering if there's a way you could and an option or maybe charge IP/RP to use them. thanks ^_^
