Team Building Skin Rentals

Riot, has anyone thought about allowing players to "rent" a champion skin during the pre-team load out. As you wait for bans or other players to lock-in, you would be able to rent a skin for the champion your playing for "IP" or what ever. I would prefer this and likely buy more skins, as I would be able to test them out to see my favorites. Just a thought.
