Skins
JUST AN INTRO YOU CAN IGNORE!
I would like something that can benefit Riot sales of skins, and bring other item in the shop that we can buy, and also benefit players like me.

I spend most money on skins in first years of League so many of my skins are Legacy and ones that they are not are mostly from free loot chests especially I got 2 ultimates from free loot. Very rare I buy new skins for champions that I already have skins on, I do it some time from **My Shoop **, also I kinda got skins for all champions I play so I am not really a good customer anymore.

What I would like it's an option let's call it skins collector or whatever else, that you buy with an amount of RP in shoop for a particular Champion, something around 675-850rp, I don't see it more than 850rp since it's only for one champion so if you want it on more champions you need to buy it for each champion.
skins collector - allow you to load 2-3 skins (that you own) that you can rotate in the game similar with DJ Sona ctrl+5.
Pros:
- other item that RIOT can sell
- give a reason to players like me to buy multiple skins for a champion
- can allow players to switch skins depending on moods, etc, so encourage people to buy different types of skins like a dark theme skin vs cartoon theme skin

- the code already exist since Dj Sona is actually switching between 3 different skins, so the code just need to be adjusted but already exist
Cons:
- ultimate skins might seems less attractive, but they are more than just switching between skin, they have different sounds, effects, things added to them on the duration of the game etc, I don't see it as a really big problem
- it will be little hard to code and not make it confusing if somebody load a skin like dj sona and others so you need to switch between skins and other options to switch between same skin stages as dj sona. (let's say ctrl+something to switch between skins and retain old ctrl+5 to switch between same skins "stages")
- can be confusing for your team or enemy since some skins differ so much one from other even if its same champion A FIX FOR THIS allow users to change it at different intervals, like 15 min _or make it free not with rp but make it available at mastery levels, level 6 load 2 skins, level 7 load 3 skins and can only be changed one time at beginning of game before leave fontain, and you might ask then what's different then chose in champion select, well, sometime you don't realize what skins your team have and maybe you can all switch for same line like project or odyssey, etc. _
