Champion Concept: Kobált: Avenger of the Fallen

No concept art because I cannot draw, sorry :P However, I see him as kind of like a Native American/Escamo mixed into a hulking mass of "don't fight that guy"

Lore: Somewhere to the far north, lived a tribe of nomads, their way of life was simple, follow the beasts for food, and clothing, it was basically everything they could need. Among them was a small boy, Named Kobált. Although he was already a skilled hunter, he always found himself at the center of all the mischief amoung the youth. The elders shunned him for his disruptive behavior, he was to spend 3 days in the cave of the fallen. It was here that young Kobált discovered a set of ancient axes,forged from bone and blood in the fire of his ancestors. As he grasped the weapons they glowed a faint blue light. The long dead ancestors of the cave came to life, and surrounded the small boy. Visions of his famly slaughtered were filled into his head, raiders with large blades cut down his family, blood spilled across the snowy feilds. He fell to his knees and began to cry. A voice spoke out from the dead, a unified voice of the dead "Take the blades of old, save thy tribe" The boy did not hesitate, he ran down the mountain, every step the axes glow brightened, the boy ran faster and faster a lusterious glow overtook the mountain. He arrived at the camp of his tribe, hundreds of invades slaying his kin by the second, he leapt into battle, every blow from the axe caused him to bro older and stronger, in the end, only he stood among the bodies, as a vibrant warrior, covered in blood and ash. The boy was now a man. He mourned the fallen, his tears stained the ground, and he carried his tribe and their belongings to the cave on the mountain. It was this day that Kobált vowed to keep the power of his tribe alive, and he became the avenger of fallen.

Kobált is a Fighter/Assassin who's abilities focus in dealing massive damage that scales with WP as well as AP.

Passive: Vengance;For every champion currently dead Kobált gains +1.5% Movment speed, Attack damage, and +2% Hp Regeneration(Alli and Enemy champions)

Q:From the Moutan: Kobált Flashes towards a target location and deals a burst of damage and gains 2% Attack speed for 5 Seconds

W:Spirit of the fallen:Kobált summons an ancesteral spirit that hunts down the closest Enemy Champion and explodes dealing 50-100%Ap and 70-120%Wp, also slowing the target for 50% for 2 seconds.

E:Remorse;Kobált's Next attack deals 100-150% Ap and 150-200%wp as true damage and binds the target in place for 1 second.

R:Til the end;Kobált gains 150-200%Movment speed, attack speed, and boosts Alli Movment speed 120-150% for 5 seconds. Also gains a passive 10-30%life steal.
