Skins to Kayne

Hi, I want Candy-Kayne (candy cane) and Hurri-kayne (hurricane) to be a thing. The candy-kayne skin could be a christmas skin and hurricane could be a cheap 750-950 RP skin. I don't know if they should be legacy skins (maybe candy-kayne). Either way, i would love if you guys could look in to this.
