passive - haunted by the loss of his queen the land that richard touches become warped with the immense sadness felt by the king casting it in a dark shade and causing all who enter it to lose their senses. land slowly returns to normal as time passes. if richard stands still his sadness will begin to emanate outwards up to a maximum range.

Q - sends forth a shade of the kings former glory striking out at the foes. killing an enemy empowers the spell and resets the cooldown. kills with Q do not reset it's cooldown.

W - passively allows movement through units. actively allows movement through terrain. must be toggled for effect. long cooldown.

E - tethers the life of a nearby unit to the king for 10 seconds. percentage of damage dealt by enemies will be echoed to the tethered target. if the tethered unit dies richard gains a movement speed buff and heals

R - overcome with grief the land richard walks on becomes enveloped in a dark miasma that is poisonous the anyone that touches it even himself. shadows of his former glory constantly rise up and lash out at anyone foolish enough to approach the kings ruin. allies and enemies seeing only terrain outlines and reksai like patterns for movement lose their immunity to team damage and are labeled as neutral.

unique interactions - yorick's minions will attack anyone inside of the miasma and yoricks R gets a damage bonus. karthus's R will damage allies inside of the kings R even if karthus is not inside of the miasma. lee sin is unaffected by the R as well as reksai however they can still both be attacked by allies. if fiddlesticks is in his passive he will be unaffected by the R until he moves. kindreds R does damage do all inside of it if cast inside of the miasma instead of healing. maybe others that i havent thought up yet
