**Introduction **

Hello everyone! I've come back with a very new concept. I created this when I thought of a champion having no Cooldown on his abilities. And here comes a Marksman but dealing magic damage. Or it is easier to be understood a Mage mainly deals damage by his basic attacks. Currently favorite Marksmen (Kai'sa, Varus) also deal a bit magic damage but this guy deals the whole damage with magic.

About his personality, he's not complicated at all. He just wanted to be a kind normal person. Still, he lost his soul and had to miserably survive by stealing others' soul. And he is looking for a revenge to take back his lost pieces of soul.

I hope you guys like his kit and enjoy the story below. Comments, thoughts, etc. are all welcome.

**Lore **

He used to have a cosy family. Until he found it.

He was a very normal person. Until he found it.

It was not to be used for reaping crops. It was a weapon.

It begged him to use it. It promised to give him monstrous power.

He did believe it. It soon controlled the mind of the untrained man.

Ages later, his scant awareness began to revive.

He had learned and practiced for years. He finally succeeded.

By lacerating and throwing his soul away, he expelled the devil.

He just kept enough for him to stay alive yet not enough for them to find.

Now he remembers only his name. Eoncius.

Now he is capable to retrieve his soul. He has to because...

There is something very close but cannot be remembered.

He just knows... Right.

He used to have a cosy family. Until he found it.

**Story: FRIEND **

It was late in an afternoon.

I was sitting by the road, enjoying my favorite drink when he appeared. I didn't hear his footsteps but I could see his cloak sweep the ground. However, I didn't seem to pay any attention as usual. He came closer to me. Then he suddenly tried to damage me. I could feel despaired. Luckily, I had protection with Way of the Wanderer.

"There's nothing to take from me." - I said.

"Show me your mercy. I'm starving." - He pretended to be weak.

"My mercy comes along with my blade." - I knew he didn't ask for food.

"Well. I'll take it my way." - He started focusing magic onto his hands.

"Kill me? You can try."

Right after the words, there came toward me some foggy strings. I thought it'd be clever not to let it collide with me.

"Face the wind!"

I created a wind wall dividing me and him. His spell dismissed.

I thrust my blade forward. It pierced through the left side of his waist. No way! He must have been bleeding.

"Hasag!"

I tried another shove. Clearly, he had no blood. What thing was that guy? He wasn't supposed to dodge my shoves. He did nothing because the wind wall was still active.

My blade was charged with energy. I just needed to strike him till his last breath. However, when I was about to unleash the wind, he disappeared. He might have predicted my abilities. That was why he evaded my third strike. He knew my skills?

For such a moment, his voice raised at my back.

"Your soul holds lots of pain. Still, it's strong. It might nourish me for several months."

I turned back and dashed to him, staying close enough to see his face. His hood covered almost the face with shadow. I couldn't see his eyes neither his nose. What I saw was a dry mouth. And his skin was grey. His shaped jaw wore no beard. It looked familiar to me. Wasn't he...

"Eoncius?"

He was about to absorb my soul while my brain was hard storming. He immediately stopped when he heard his name voiced. Being surprised.

"You know my name. Speak. What do you know about me?" - He spoke while his mouth was unmoved. He was eager but seemed to be doubtful.

"I haven't seen you for ages. You had wondrously disappeared just before the war. Where have you been?"

"I don't remember. Tell me more." - He seemed to look at my eyes but I was just unable to do the same thing.

"What have you become?" - I asked.

I watched him but nothing learned. All were hidden under the old cloak.

"I lost my soul to it, an evil weapon. I lived. I remembered nothing but my name."

"Including your family? You have a family, Eoncius." - I tried not to be invertebrate.

"I just know but I can't remember. Where are they? How are they?" - He got anxious. Mouth always closed.

"I met them at the foot of mount Yankiko last month. They were good. Your son and your wife, they both missed you."

"What's his name?" - He asked.

"Lorius. And your wife, Phtennacia. They've been waiting for you."

"I'm not seeing them until I reclaim my soul" - He said in abomination to himself.

I came back with my thought. I understood. He had survived by consuming innocent souls. Indifferent from me. I had killed to run away. I wondered how many unlucky lives I had met. There were a lot of them. I was also the unlucky one. For the time being, I had bee lost in my guilt. Suddenly I thought about Taliyah. She might be fine. Obviously. She was an excellent girl indeed. That thought encouraged my feeling.

When I ultimately found a little peaceful, that old friend just came. He was absolutely unfortunate. He must harm the innocent no more. There were still a lot of evildoers. I would lead him to them. Should I... be the sword's poor company for another road?

While the idea itself seems cool and the lore is actually pretty terrifying, I have to be a bit critical here.

  1. A Marksman that deals Magic Damage? We already have that Corki and he's not even played as a Marksman. He's played midlane as this pseudo-mage monstrosity.

  2. The additional attack speed for soul adaptation, along with the bonus critical strike, seems a bit useless considering the fact that he CANNOT increase his Attack Damage except through level growth. This instantly makes other Marksmen stronger than him.

  3. What's "Life Vamp"? Is that both Lifesteal AND Spell Vamp combined into one?

  4. The critical strike chance is WAY too high on his W. He can literally buy an Infinity Edge as his only crit item and he already has 80% crit chance that deals TRUE DAMAGE. Especially considering the fact that his E makes his next critical strike deal even more damage.

  5. You haven't really made it clear what kind of weapon he uses. You mentioned "It was not to be used for reaping crops" but does that make it a Scythe/a Sickle? If it's a scythe, which, is a melee weapon, how can he be considered a Marksman? Does he throw the scythe/sickle at enemies? There's a lack of details here.

Overall pretty decent idea. I give it a 6.5/10.
