Lore ((Sorry if the lore sucks, i'm not good at writing lore stuff without making it a full story))

Concept art by Wildenightmare

Born into the third wealthiest family in Piltover, Maxwell despised the life he lived in and all the people in it. Through out his life he's been belittled, treated like a child, and he hated it, he demanded respect from people, demanded they treat him as if he were strong, but no such thing happened, his parents continued treating him like he was an innocent child who needed constant care.

Sickened and enraged by his own, he began to act with aggression when confronting with others, he even joined an underground fighting ring, hidden with Piltover, and became it's king, until he was inevitably dethroned by a challenger.

During his last fight, his opponent shattered his arm and won the fight, and to humiliate him, he was banned until he could learn to fight without using weapons.

Enraged, he traveled downward to Zaun, to find the man who beat him and slit his throat. As soon as he set foot onto the cold ground, he was confronted by several men who were unhappy about seeing his kin in their domain, he fought as hard as he could, but with his arm still broken, he had no luck in victory and was taken by them to a man who would decide what to do with him, and after spending days in a cramped rotting cell, he eventually met with that man.

He was taken to the main laboratory, where the man told him that he would be his next experiment, and seeing what he had around him, Maxwell felt amazed.

He stopped the man mid sentence, and made a deal with him, he wanted what the man had, weapons, augments, anything that could make him stronger, and in exchange, Maxwell would give him funding, so he could pay for anything he needed.

Hesitantly the man thought to himself before excepting his offer, and once the deal was finally made, the man introduced him self properly as Singed.

Abilities:

Passive - Fervor of Bloodshed Whenever Maxwell kills a unit he gains 5 bonus Attack Damage that can stack up to five times and lasts for 10 seconds If he kills a champion, the AD gain is doubled and will fall off 2 at a time every 30 seconds

The duration of Fervor of Bloodshed is refreshed upon killing a select unit type: Killing an enemy champion will refresh the duration of both stack types, while killing a non-champion will only refresh the lesser stack type

Maxwell can max out both stack types, granting him a maximum of 75 bonus AD

Q - Steady Claw Maxwell readies his claw, causing his next basic attack within 6 seconds to attack in a cone area and cause all enemy units struck to bleed for 5 seconds

The longer Maxwell charges Steady Claw, the more damage it does, allowing him to deal up to an additional 50% damage If Maxwell does not attack a unit, he is Silenced and Disarmed for 3 seconds after the duration ends

If Overheat is active: Maxwell slashes deeper, mutilating the target and reducing all healing or shielding they receive

If the first champion hit has increased size, Iron Grapple will stop at them rather then launch them. If the target increases in size naturally, they must have a size increase of 30% for this to happen

Iron Grapple can pull Maxwell to walls regardless if he has pinned a champion or not Iron Grapple can be used while Steady Claw is active

If Overheat is active: The target will take an additional 50 - 250 True Damage when struck by Iron Grapple's projectile and when they collide with terrain

Enemies within range when activated take damage from the burst After activation all of Maxwell's abilities gain increased Cool down Reduction, the bonus is reduced by 5% after every ability use

The range and damage of Steam Release is increased every time Maxwell uses an ability, maxing out after 10 abilities

Ally units are hidden within the Fog of War and can not be seen by enemies while within the steam cloud If used twice, Steam Release will not grant bonus CDR until the CDR from the last use is completely depleted If Maxwell dies, he loses his Bonus Cool Down Reduction Steam Release can be cast to stop the life drain effects of Overheat for 6 - 10 seconds (15 second cool down)

Cast Time: 0.7 Seconds Area of Effect: 200 units Cool Down: 10 seconds Magic Damage: 50 (+10 P/L Damage increase 1: 30% AP Damage Increase 2: +10% Per Ability casted (+5% P/L Range Increase: 50 units per ability use Bonus CDR: 40% (+5% P/L Overheat Life drain Negation: 6 Seconds (+1 P/L

Maxwell is inflicted with Grievous Wounds while Overheat is active While Overheat is active, Maxwell has no maximum attack speed

While active, Overheat generates one stack for Steam Release each second it is active, these stacks will not generate for 10 seconds after Steam Release is used

Cast Time: 0.75 seconds Cool Down: 20 seconds Bonus attack speed: 50% Total Attack Speed (+25% P/L

If his pose weren't idle I think he would look cooler, if he's supposed to be a brawler he should posture like it but I like the abilities
