Snow Storm Vladimir [Skin Concept]

I was drawing yesterday and I came up with a new Snowdown / winter skin for Vladimir, since he recently got an update and doesn't have many great options for skins. (I'm not the best artist but I tried XD)

His orb of blood would be replaced with snow. His auto attacks would be the same way and would make a different noise than his classic when he attacks.

For his Q, the blood spikes would be replaced with icicles. After two uses, a small snow storm will rage around him and he will glow a faint blue or white when the third Q is completely charged. The health transferred would be a blur of snowflakes and ice.

For his W, he'd sink into a patch of sparkling snow with small snowflakes drifting on top of it.

For his E, Vlad would charge up a snow storm and raise it above his head. When it's fully charged it will burst apart and leave a snowflake on the map for a little while. I figured it would be hard to work since the projectiles are cut off when they hit someone, so the attack would have a snowflake undertone with ice spikes over the top that stop once they hit someone.

His R would leave a circle of either broken ice, snow, or solid ice (my favorite being the snow) that melts quickly. It would leave a snowball/flake that implodes on itself in a few seconds.

I'm not sure about his recall, but perhaps he could summon an icy throne before getting hit in the face and knocked off by a snowball.

The skin would also fit into his lore somewhat considering he trained up in the mountains (where snow is typically abundant)

Vladimir also says nothing but blood puns. And what's easier than making a snow/ice pun? They could give him a few more lines relating to ice like frejilord Taliyah, and remove some of his blood lines.

I guess you could say he's a bit
