A cool idea for Twitch's ult that came to me in a dream.

Not to say his ult needs a rework, just something that I saw in a dream that was really cool.

[R] Spray and Prey Twitch loads his crossbow with a large amount of toxic bolts, then rapidly spins a circle, firing the bolts in multiple directions. Fires 20/25/30 bolts over 3 seconds, each dealing 25/35/45 (+60% ad) physical damage per shot. These shots damage champions, minions, monster, turrets, inhibitors, and nexi, however these objects will not stop the bolts movement, and they will continue to fly until max range. CD: 100/80/60
