Escape Artist Bard Skin

Hello! I play Bard quite frequently and I really enjoy how slippery he is when being chased. I would like to request that RIOT design an "Escape Artist" bard skin, or even a skin line. Essentially it would be a magician themed skin centered around getting out of sticky situations. Bard, for example, would be in a straight jacket and blindfolded. I think that design would be fairly easy to do because of Bards current character design.

I think this would be a very easy skin line to adapt to other champs. Shaco, talon, katarina, leblanc. Each could be unique because escape artists had a variety of tricks that they have to execute (getting out of safes or tanks of water.. etc.). I don't want to draw anything because i've heard that designing the actual skin would essentially prevent its existence. idk. Let me know if this is at all possible.
