New Champ?
Penguin: (that is not their name just what they might look like/resemble; name them as you please.)
Passive- Fish Gullet: When the champ defeats a jungle camp they gain movement speed. (At what strength and length should be tested and set at appropriate stats. You might want to add something else such as temporary cool down reduction.)
Regurgitate: The champ spits fish from its mouth in a line that stops after hitting an enemy champion. The longer the ability is charged the more fish are regurgitated, each consecutive hit on the same target deals 50% less damage than the first. (amount of damage, maximum charge length and number of fish, as well as how long it takes to charge an extra fish is to be determined.)
Flightless Bird: The champ slides on its stomach to the target location, creating a trail of slowing ice behind them as they travel. (Again distance and width to be determined through testing. Damage could potentially be added at the end of the charge/slide.)
Rubber Armor: The next ability within 1.5 seconds (time can be modified) will be completely reflected dealing 50% damage back to the caster. (Percent can go up with level or base percent decreased or increased. Just using rough numbers)
Ultimate- Passive: Regurgitate now leaves the fish that hits an enemy champion on the ground and can be picked up by walking over them. Once a certain number of fish has been collected you can use The Migration. Active- The Migration: Using the collected fish a number of penguins (10?) are summoned attacking your target or their target can be changed using alt/control. (I forget which. The health and damage of each penguin will most likely be minimal in exchange for numbers.)
-Keep in mind these are all just suggestions which can be modified in any and every way. Cool downs are also to be determined. Some abilities potentially being reversed or completely ignored and replaced, it is up to the creators.
