Harambe - Carrier of The Blessed (Champion Concept)

This kit is designed to make sure enemy champions burn out of mana and have as less mana as possible, however obvious counters are assasins that require no mana, but since Harambe is also a tank designed champ, this is not much of a trouble counter.
