Champion Concept "Puck the Midnight Thief"
Note: This is an early concept still working on ideas and improvements.
General Concept/Design: A young and cunning Yordle who decided to take the path of a Thief after being inspired by Twisted Fate. His journey eventually leads him to Bilgewater where he begins to make a name for himself. One evening while inside a tavern he hears of an priceless treasure held within a ship about to embark. Upon hearing this he sets out to plunder the riches for himself in his greatest heist. While attempting to steal the treasure he is caught, and surrounded. The ship had already made its way far from shore, and his only options were death and the treacherous ocean. He decided to test his luck, and dives off the ship.

The play style for this champion is focused on early and mid game. The whole idea is to hinder you're opponent by constantly taking gold from them while increasing your own gold. This makes Puck an ideal mid laner with his high mobility and early presence.
2 part - Passive:
Daring Escape: Puck's recall time is greatly reduced when he is low on health (25%) allowing him to escape the scene. This effect goes on cooldown after being used.
Thieves Edge: Puck gains a special knife as a starting item which allows him to pilfer from his targets. Puck can upgrade the knife to add stats and a unique active effect.
Thieves Edge (Item) (Stage 1): +5 ad +5% movement speed Passive Pilfer: Auto Attacks will steal 1 + (2 * lvl) gold from enemy champion. (5 sec cooldown)
Thieves Edge (Item) (Stage 2): + 20 ad + 8% movement speed Passive Pilfer: Auto Attacks will steal 5 + (2* lvl) gold from enemy champion. (5 sec cooldown)
Thieves Egde (Item) (Stage 3): +40 ad + 12% movement speed + Passive of Choice Passive Pilfer: Auto Attacks will steal 10 + (2 * lvl) gold from enemy champion. (5 sec cooldown) Option 1: Active Poison Edge: Upon activation Puck covers his weapon in a deadly poison causing his next abilities or autos within 3 seconds to dealing True damage overtime. (60 sec cooldown)
Option 2: Active Hideaway: Upon activation Puck gains invisibility for 10 seconds and next auto attack deals bonus damage based on targets missing health. (60 sec cool down after exiting stealth)
Option 3: Active Throwing Knife: Upon activation Puck gains bonus attack speed and his auto attacks become ranged until out of combat. (60 sec cooldwon)
Q - Dash n Slash (skill shot): Puck dashes through a target dealing damage and applying on hit effects. Puck can recast immediately if he hits a champion or neutral monster up to 3 times.
W - What Armor? (active on-hit effect): Puck's autos will sunder the targets armor leaving them vulnerable during the active duration of the ability. Reduce targets armor and magic resist by a % which stacks up to 4 times.
E - I Once knew a Teemo: Puck jumps backward while placing a shroom which detonates immediately in his previous location. Dealing damage to anyone within a small radius.
R - Hustle: Puck Marks the wealthiest champion near by for a few seconds. While pursuing the target he deals bonus on-hit damage and his abilities become empowered. His dash has increased range, his on-hit armor and magic resist reduction is stronger, and his shroom damage is increased. Killing a marked target will reward Puck with a portion of targets gold.
