Protobelt but for AD's

Just like the title implies, why are we only trying to improve the current meta for immobile mages? I think that immobile adc's could use some help right now as well. It doesn't have to be the same as Protobelt, but just the same concept of allowing the user of the item to just re-position themselves well. Perhaps something could even be added so that non-mobility ad'ssomehow have an advantage with the item that mobility ad's don't have.

I mean u took away QSS and tanks and assassins are both still existent. Can we not at least have this?
