New Champion Idea Kei'nez (Void Tank)

I had an amazing idea for a new character, His name is Kei'nez: The Unbreakable, His passive is that with each unit that he kills, he will get bonus armor and magic resist; champion kills double this. also when attacked with basic attacks he will return 5% True damage to that person (scales with level) (Passive: Breaking Will) His Q is Demonic Guard, this also has a passive, the more low health that he has, the more armor and magic resist he has, this is somewhat like Jax's Counter strike, except that he doesnt block basic attacks, the more basic attacks done to him during Demonic Guard will be returned with true damage. His W would be "A Little Treat" Kei'nez removes one of his extruding scale like bones and eats it, gaining health scaling from Armor and magic resist. His e would be "Fear Of Death" he creates an area or skulls and bones similar to Trundles Frozen Domain, this taunts all enemies in the area for 1.5 seconds and reduces their armor and magic resist and cause all basic attacks from kei'nez to do bonus damage. Kei'nez'x Ultimate is Last Mission Keinez gains 500% movement speed, becomes immune to all damage and gains bonus health scaling from armor and magic resist for 8 seconds after the ultimate ends. the ultimate also lasts 8 seconds.
