Make RIFT HEROLD's situation better!!!

RIft Herold (RH) is eaten by baron at 1945, so RH is an epic monster thats eaten by BARON. What if Baron gains some power (More Armor or Magic Resist or Damage) from killing RH, and in contrast if RH is killed by an Summonor, the CHAMPION gets an DAMEGE to Baron buff for 20 minutes plus the damage reduction which RH originally gives.
