Here is, in my opinion, a better alternative project Lucian skin, in comparison to the vanilla project Lucian skin. I think the original skin is too bland, and it being a futuristic skin, it deserves some lighting and neon colors to go with the theme. What are your thoughts? Please leave a comment down below :)
Even if rito doesn't decide to use this as the default PROJECT:Lucian I think it would look really nice as a chroma pack :3
I really like this color scheme. Project: Yasuo and Yi already have orange, so this blue/green on Lucian would look pretty cool.
Riot pls make his particles green would fit the theme much better in my opnion

Looks a lot better and matches his top piece.
Right now it's just a glorified 750 RP skin, but if they touched it up more professionally, similar to what you did, it would be in a good spot.

It looks like a cool skin. I mean, not many skins have been made for Lucian, considering the time he has been out.
