Everis [The Fallen King] Secondary skin: Corrupted Everis

-Im not good with calculating percents and damage numbers, if anybody has an idea with how i can do that to make this better that would be helpful- Doesn't have any weapons except stated in his lore, he fights similar to Lee Sin

He'll look similar to the monk from Diablo 3 but topless, without the beads around his neck, a bit bulkier, with the crest of Ionia of his forehead. here's a picture of the monk for visual reference; http://diablo3-gold.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/D3-Monk.jpg

Passive 1: Focused Assault; When Everis attacks an enemy champion, he gains a burst of MS, AS, MR and AD for a few seconds, if he attacks another champion or stops attacking the targeted champion his stats return to normal and his passive is put on cooldown.

Passive 2: Void Amulet; Everis's rage is amplified by the Void Amulet he wears, Each time Everis attacks an enemy or takes damage his rage meter fills, if he's hes affected by any type of CC his meter fills up a more than normally. at 50 Rage he can empower one of his abilities and at 100 rage he can use his ult.(as his rage meter fills there are visual changes to his appearance as well as changes to his voice fxs)

Q: Ionian Fist; Everis charges a fist-like projectile in a straight line that goes through minions and stops on the first champion hit; can move while charging. Deals bonus damage to minions and jungle monsters.

Q(empowered): Void Claw; Everis charges out a dark claw-like hand that goes through minions, and wraps around the first champion hit; can move while charging. The enemy champion take a percentage of their current health as bonus damage, the ability can be reactivated to pull the champion towards Everis.

W: Sweeping Wind; Everis jumps into the air while throwing out two kicks in front of him (he throws a right kick first, turning his body with the momentum and throws a back left kick;he goes into the air similar to T aliyah's Q and Camille's W). Everis can move forward while performing the kicks but at a slightly slower speed. If a champion is hit by both kicks they are stunned and Everis can perform an axe kick by reactivating the ability to knock them into the air.

W(empowered): Brutal Sweep; Everis throws out one kick instead but at a much higher speed, the first champion hit is stunned, and reactivating the ability creates a void tentacle that launches the stunned champion away, dealing a percent of their max health as bonus damage.

E: Charging Bull; Everis charges forward, knocking minions out of his way and stopping at its max range or at the first enemy champion. If Everis stops at an enemy champion, he will grab them and throw them behind him.

E(empowered): Void Rush; Everis charges forward at a faster speed, knocking minions out of his way, if he connects with an enemy champion he with throw them behind him, and them slam the ground(similar to Alistair's slam) in front of him dealing damage, and slowing nearby enemy champions. (the empowered toss throws the champion further behind him than normal.)

R:Berserk; Everis consumes all of his rage, giving him a boost to his AS, AD, MS, MR and Armor for a few seconds, he also ignores the targeting of his passive [Focused Assault] and every 4th auto attack deals bonus damage based on the targets missing health.

---Back Story---

Many many years after the Ionian War with Noxus, peace has started to wane away from Ionian, with the impending threat of Noxus lurking, King Everis, sought out help from any of the other countries. One day a man, covered by a dark-blue robe, wearing a white mask with a red tear, came to Ionia to speak with the king. Reluctant at first, Everis called for his men to allow this man to enter his home. "Hail to the King of Ionian who has kept the peace for many years." said the masked man, "I hear your fear of Noxus attacking has you calling for help, and i am here to be of service." , many of the people present started to murmur, stating a man as mysterious at this cannot be trusted, but Everis was willing to accept the help from anybody willing to give it, "And what kind of help could you provide for me and my people?" Everis asked cautiously. The masked man laughed and said "I can teach your mages a magic long forgotten, but more than powerful enough to defeat the forces of Noxus.", even though his advisers were against the idea, Everis agreed with the masked man. A few months had passed and 12 Ionian mages had finished their training with the masked man, On the day that the Ionians celebrate their first victory over Noxus, a feast was held within the castle. A messenger bursts through the castle doors screaming "They're coming! Noxian flags over the mountains!!" Calling out to the 12 mages, the masked man gathered them in a circle, "In order to defeat Noxus we shall call to my master for power" said the masked man, as eager as he was, Everis couldn't help to feel that this ritual would only lead to Ionia's demise, but with no other options left, he agreed to the ritual. As the mages performed the ritual, the mask man placed a triangular shaped crystal in the middle of the circle and a portal opened up, a few seconds later, a being, covered in purple robes emerged from the portal wrapped in a dark aura, Everis stood up and began to speak but the being spoke before he could, "Bow to the void, or be consumed by it." he pointed at Everis and at that moment Everis felt this tightness in his chest, unphased by his scare tactic, he started to approach the being, "Do not take anymore steps or your end will come." said the being. "Master! i have summoned you and i bring all these sacrifices for the Void!" the masked man said eagerly the being turned to the masked man and in that instant a purple beam came from his mouth, wrapping the masked man in its corruption until he vanished, Everis picked up his axe and threw it at the being, as he started to charge forward, the tightness in his chest grew more intense bringing him to his knees, as he stood back up a small creature emerged from his chest, "Your king has fallen!" exclaimed the being, "and soon you shall join him." The being vanished. Everis awoke in his chambers, confused he looked around, and flashes of memory came to him, he immediately looked at his chest to see nothing but a purple jeweled necklace, as he grabbed at the necklace his son appeared "Father, you're awake!" exclaimed his son. "Boy, what is going on, where is everybody" his son began to explain everything that transpired, "You've been dead for a few years now father, Noxus came shortly after you died and killed everybody." he said, "i secretly studied with the masked man with the other mages and he taught me somethings too, i used the essence of the creature that came out of you to create that necklace and it brought you back!", Everis could feel the darkness within the necklace, unnaturally cold to the touch, "I trusted a stranger and it costed the lives of all my people, i have failed them" Everis said to himself, gathering his thoughts he stood up and said "Noxus will pay for this, i will destroy them until nothing is left." Everis headed out of his castle, to reclaim vengeance for Ionian, spreading nothing but destruction in his path.
