He's basically my best attempt at an army commander support. He's got a pretty cool passive I think.

general General- P - Battle lines: general General can open up the minimap and define one of 4 different kinds of battle lines (front line, offensive line, defensive line, fallback line) in a given area. He can define a maximum of X different lines (1/2/3/4) at levels (1/6/11/16) and allies who follow these lines gain a (5/10/15/20%) stat boost in their respective area or direction when enemies are within 400 units of the line. Spending over 5 seconds on a battle line while benefiting from its effects reveals the line to the enemy team.

Front line grants damage. Defensive lines grants defence and regeneration. Fallback lines grant movement speed and defence. Offensive line grant movement speed and damage if drawn from a front line.

While the minimap is opened, general General is unable to move, and the map will be closed upon asking damage from champions or epic monsters.

Q - revolver: When activated, general General gains 400 range for the next 6 attacks. He then, once off cooldown, must reload his gun for 6/5/4/3/2 seconds. If his reload is interrupted he must begin reloading again.

W - Anti-Tank RPG: general General locks himself into position for 1.25 seconds and fires a rocket to a target location (of 375 units). This rocket deals 125/150/175/200/225 true damage and reduces the armour of all targets hit by 30/45/60/75/90% decaying down to a third of that over 1 second.

E - Enemy Spotted: general General targets an enemy champion, who is then marked for 4 seconds. Any damage dealt to them, or CC inflicted on them is increased by 10/12.5/15/17.5/20%.

R - Strategic Battle: general General activates all of his battle lines, increasing their effect by 2/3/4x while also revealing all of his battle plans to his enemies.
