New Champ Select Idea

I was in queue for Ranked today, and I am an ADC main. I had the idea of players actually switching spots like a champion swap. This would be helpful for countering and bring a new element to the game. You could say that you could swap champions, but both players might not have the champions wanted. Just an Idea that I thought of. This would take place during the 30 seconds in which the Summoner is picking who they want to play. Just a suggestion that would make a good addition to the game.
