Idea for a small mobile game

Basically its an app for practicing 1v1 fights in leagu. It would be just mid lane with a bit of the river and you would 1v1 other players. Maybe the person who gets the first 3 kills wins to keep the match short there would still be death timers no recalls and you would spawn behind the first turret after you die so basically it would mainly just about outplaying your opponent. To keep people playing it they could link their accounts and get ip for playing and possibly making an elo or some type of ranking system so you vs people around the same skill level.
