I came up with an idea for woad Lissandra and quickly drew it out and I think it looks nice. Q just throws a stick or something. W has a root snare like Zyra's. E is just a brown version lol . And her ult is a tree. I would also like her recall animation to be her singing to birds because she is a princess(i know she is actually a queen).Woad Lissandra

Cool concept, but you need to ditch the name. The "Woad" skins are referrences to old, Celtic warriors who many believe used the plant called "woad" to paint their skin blue. You do not have any blue body paint or tattoos in your concept at all, nor does Lissandra have barbarian armour.
Rename it to something like:
So cheap ... "just a stick" why ? here's a better version : Elderwood Lissandra , same theme with bard , Q can be a stick with dark leafs for animation , W is plant similar to Zyra's E but darker , E a forest hand with leafs when it passes , and ulti is a Night Tree with leafs everywhere
Although your art wasn't the most.. in depth... I feel like this skin could be really pretty actually, if the plants and whatnot are made realistic.
And the difference between Lissandra blooming into a tree covered in blossoms and an enemy being turned into a dead tree in her ult would make the skin so cool!

I think I got the idea. Seems nice to me. A different gama of skin... takes her off the ''gemstones'' stigma.
