[Champion Concept] Tau: The Shadow Warrior

Still a work in progress, just wanted to get some community advice/criticism before i invested myself too deeply and became defensive. I'm willing to answer any questions you may have, because right now I can't think of what to say about the champion. I cant draw at all and don't have any friends who can, but ill try and work something out even if i have to rely on super descriptive language in later updates. I don't know how copyright works and such, but if riot doesn't already have copyright of the champion idea then I'd like for anyone else to edit and do whatever you wish with it.

Tau: The Shadow Warrior

Abilities:

(Passive) Contaminating Shadow- Tau's ichor starts at 100% white. Every time Tau receives damage the percent health lost is converted into Black Ichor. Every point of Black Ichor converts 0.25% of his attack damage into true damage. Spell casts consume black ichor. At 100% Black Ichor Tau starts taking 15% More Damage from champions.

(Q) Shadow Slice- Tau slashes horizontally launching a broad shadow projectile. The projectile damages all enemies in its path and slows them by 30% for 3 seconds. [Damage- 40/ 60/80/100/120(+70% AD)] [Cost- 15% Black Ichor] [Cooldown- 8/7/6.5/6/5.5] [Range- 2150] [Projectile Speed- 1500]

(W) Dancing Shadows- Tau dissolves into shadow and reappears directly in front of his target. The target's next basic attack against Tau will miss. [Cost- 5% Black Ichor] [Cooldown- 5/4/3] [Range- 750]

(E) Shadow's Visage- TOGGLE: Tau dons the mask of shadows. His attack speed, lifesteal, and move speed are greatly increased at the cost of health. While Shadow's Visage is toggled, Black Ichor is obtained at triple the normal rate. (While Tau has Visage toggled his model changes slightly. He adorns a bone mask that emanates shadow from the mouth and eyes.) [Attack Speed- 20,30,40%] [Movement Speed- 10,15,25%] [Lifesteal- 10,20,25%] [Cooldown- 2 Sec] [Cost 2% Max Health/ Sec]

(R) Embrace The Shadow- Tau consumes his black ichor to transform into a being of shadow. While transformed Tau gains increased health and attack damage. His transformation also increases the size, distance traveled, and damage done by Shadow slice. (While transformed Tau's appearance changes. He adorns a sleek, black kimono, his hair turns bone white, and his left hand becomes skeletal.) Tau can toggle Shadow's Visage while Embrace The Shadow is active. While active auto attacks reduce the cooldown on all abilities by 1 sec.

Lore:

Born to a family the name of which he has long forgotten, Tau was once a prominent citizen of Demacia. He was a renowned duelist and a close personal friend of the Lightshield family. He served in the Demacian military for many years before leaving to pursue what he felt was necessary enlightenment. 
Tau grew disinterested in war and bloodshed. He had heard many times before of great warriors in Ionia who found harmony in battle. Feeling a new need for purpose Tau left the military, forwent his family name, and traveled to the Ionian continent.  For years he trained along side Ionian warriors in the art of wuju. The discipline gave him a new perspective on battle. When Noxian forces bore down on Ionia, Tau joined his training partners and his masters in the defense of their homeland. Unfortunately, Tau fell in the midst of battle. 
In his final moments Tau felt a strange unease. He could feel his soul being torn away, After what felt like an eternity of pain, the darkness that filled Tau's vision faded and he could once again see. Pain still flooded his body but he was—alive. Tau woke to find himself on the Shadow Isles. 
Eventually Tau was back onto the mainland of Valoran. Much had changed since he left, but even more remained the same. Tau witnessed firsthand the brutality and immorality of Zaun and Noxia, unchanged since his death, and wanted only to bring peace to a world he had once loved. Tau tried to fight criminals wherever he found them, but his deathly figure terrified the innocent and his aged, decrepit body no longer reacted the way he was used to. He could no longer duel as he had all his life. It was by secretly watching champions fight within the League of Legends that Tau was able to develop his own fighting technique, combining his dueling experience, his wuju training, and his terrifying visage into an effective weapon. Upon mastering his new body Tau decided to find a way into the League of Legends, for it was there that he saw some of the world's most villainous individuals and it was there that he found an old friend and mentor.
