Idea for the new que lobby

So with the new que there is an issue with people dodging in lobbies. For every one game I play I go through about 3 dodges. Between each dodge there is a lot of time spent just waiting and doing nothing in the lobby which is quite irritating. So, I was thinking maybe they could add some sort of a mini game or something. That way I can still actually feel like I am playing a game. Of course the game will pause when its your turn to enter into the lobby to wait for the next dodge. I think it would also help keeping peoples attention during that time as well.
