Urgot The Headsman's Pride Possible Rework

In Urgot's lore it's stated that he rushes in to battles ignoring damage he may sustain. Meaning in my opinion he shouldn't be a bruiser marksman but instead a fighter or tankUrgot. So an idea for a rework would be this:

Q**** Linear skillshot hitting multiple enemies dealing physical damage (70/90/110/130)+(90% AD) and dealing 10% extra damage to first enemy struck. (55/50/45/40 Mana) (7/6/5/4 second cooldown) [This is his main poke/wave clear ability]

W**** Short ranged AOE Slow (12/24/48/96% for 1 Second all ranks) First target struck is stunned for (.25/.5/.75/1 seconds) Kind of like a small Vi E. [Is an Autoattack reset] this replaces his shield with a short ranged cc. Deals magic damage (70/100/130/160) +(25% Bonus AD) Cooldown: (5/4.25/3.5/2.25/) Mana: (60/45/30/30)

**E AOE slow and armour shred for (10/20/30/40% Slow and armour shred) [Should be a small AOE like a Riven stun.] Deals physical damage (60/75/90/105) for 2 Seconds all ranks + (30% AD) This kinda keeps his current E but adds some soft cc and makes him good at zoning champions who are short ranged or low hp. Cooldown: (12/10.5/8/6.5 Seconds.) Mana: (100/95/90/85)

****R Urgot reduces all damage [Excluding true damage] to him for (10/12.75/15.5 Seconds) by (15/25/35%) Meaning he can be the tank or engage in a team-comp and allow him to follow his lore a little more. He is a Fighter going in headstrong dealing his damage and taking what the enemy throws at him. His ult would also allow his Q to have (25%) lower cooldown and deal (5/12/19) Magic damage to all enemies struck. [This gives him dueling potential but also allows him to burst squishies down. Cooldown: (120/100/80 Seconds.) Mana: (130/115/100)

His passive could be reworked or changed I kinda like the passive and think it works with his current kit but with the damage reduction from this Ultimate he could just have his abilities do 5% more damage to Single targets [Does not count Autos]

His Auto ranged should be changed to maybe 125-175 and the idea I had in mind was he uses a Spear and Shield combo. Kinda like a Jouster or Pantheon. So his W would be an Autoattack reset with his shield.

Visually He should still be physically augmented. Keeping the Legs and Facials but changing his hands to be the weapons stated above and have him be a bit bulkier and more menacing looking.

Build: Black Cleaver, Randuins, Sterek's Gage/Frozen Mallet, Banshees/Hexdrinker, Ninja/Merc Boots, Hydra (either one)/Bork or Youmuu's.
