Hi, my in game name is Blood Drenched. I've been playing league since late 2012. First time posting on the boards. Now that you know a little about me, let me describe to you this awesome champion concept I thought of. His name is subject to change and his abilities, feel free to propose or discuss ideas. I was thinking along the lines of a American soldier, one who isn't tied to an army in Runeterra, but went rogue for his own reasons.
Imagine Gangplank as a base model, manly and forceful. His personality will be cold and calculating, never quite pinpointing his motives, he will be quite yet brunt and would rather blow stuff up then exchange wits. He blows with the wind, but only to a purpose, never letting anyone else will determine his choices. Now onto his abilities.

  • Passive: Click a target location to travel there by way of a Helicopter. He will grab onto the rope, while on it he can use his Q,W, and E abilities(this won't dismount him unless he uses E). It's a four minute cool down, range is 5,000. He will move at 600 speed while hanging from rope. He may click again while riding to swing in that direction before swinging back to place. He can take damage, and crowd control will know him off his rope/helicopter.

  • Q: He will toss a Grenade to a target location, blowing up on enemy contact or rolling a random distance in a straight line until it contacts or blows up on its own. Will be a 10 second cool down. Will do damage, 100/150/200/250/300 based on rank. Has a .4 bonus attack dmg ratio. Blast radius is size of a minion wave. If behind a minon or champ, take 20% reduced dmg.

  • W: He gets on one knee, and pulls out a long barrel machine gun. Will do .5 dmg per shot and .5 current hp dmg. Will do 20/40/60/80/100 shots based on rank. Has a .1 ratio of bonus ad per shot. The machine gun roots him in place for 3 secs while firing. The bullet fire will be narrow and rapid similar to a Lucian ult, but yellowish bullets. More akin too a long range Corki E. The bullets do not pass through units or terrain(even player made terrain). He can steer the bullet storm while rooted and channeling it. Will be loud and a central feel to his kit. The cool down is 10 seconds.

  • E: He rushes a target location(running dash) to slash when he arrives at target location with his combat knife. This will do 100/160/210/270/330 dmg based on rank. Will be dash of 650 units, can go through terrain/enemy units, will collide with champions. Will cause a bleed (no base dmg) based on attack dmg, its a .5 of his total attack dmg. The cool down is 8 seconds.

  • R: He will root himself and plant a land mine over a second that will be invisible. It will do 350/500/750 dmg when detonated. Will knock up briefly for .25 seconds. Blast radius is big as minion wave, but wont go further then a flash. When you step on it, it will cause the ground to glow, and make a loud beep. If you stand on it for 2.5 seconds it will disarm, if you walk off of it, it will blow up. The land mine is roughly the size of 3 teemos in a triangle. The mine is pressure sensitive, so if more then one player steps on it, all must remain on it to disarm it. If any step out to lessen the pressure it will blow up in a 450 radius. You may flash off it safely or dash to avoid explosion. I like this design as it forces the player to make decisions, do I stay, do I flash, or do I take the dmg. It also sets up this champion for a grenade toss, into a W machine gun fire of a still target, allowing him to combo and not let his mines be useless, since you can just simply stand and it will go disarm. The recharge is 45 seconds, and can store up to 5 of them. They last 7 minutes.

Please give me thoughts and feedback, I hope you all can visualize this kit, and see the gameplay potential of it. I've always wanted an attack damage based trap champion, but is unique in how they work. While still being intense for both parties/players.

He will be a fighter. Move with 340 move speed. Start with 60 attack damage. He will be melee. Starting health is 475. Armor 25/Magic resist 30.
Was thinking a name that would be Western in nature.
