A lot of champions are getting in game updates that make them look very defining, and it's time that Morgana got her's. Her splash arts look amazing but in game its hard to even make out her model. It just looks so old school and needs a slight revamp.
She's getting one, pretty soon I think too, hopefully before the end of the year along side Kayle's rework.

Indeed, Morgana and Kayle will be completely reworked. This will probably happen after the release of the new (flower) champion, which is after Ezreal's rework release.
