Special forces Miss Fortune and Talon?

In 2013ish I heard a rumor that riot was going to release/planning the remaining Special Forces skins as seen in the special forces gangplank splash(miss fortune/talon/ and another???) . What ever happened to them? The new skins and rework for mf and gangplank look amazing but it saddens me that talon and mf got left behind. As far as I know most special forces don't leave people behind ;)
