Better que groups.

I propose an addition system (if not in place, sorry if it is) that tracks the ranking the system gives after games for champs (S, A, B etc) and matches your group and opponent groups based off the amount of S ranks A ranks etc. So someone who has never ranked S in a game doesnt get placed with someone who ranks S every game. Is this possible? Fairer game play and happier community getting teams that will prove to have similar knowledge of the game.
