Kawari is a mage who has mastered the earth and water, who is from Ixtal (if that wasn't clear enough)

In game, Kawari is a stance switching control mage.

Passive: Control of River and Earth

In Earth and Water Kawari gains separate bonuses.

In Earth form Kawari reduces the duration of all crowd control (except suppression) by 10%.

In Water form Kawari gains 7% bonus movement speed.

Q: Earth Arisen/ Water Slam

Earth: After a delay of 1 second the ground in a target area ruptures, dealing 70/110/150/190/230+(65% ability power) damage as well as knocking up enemies hit for 0.75 seconds. (very similar to cho'gath q). range: 750 Target area radius: 150

Water: Kawari slams an orb of water down upon a target location, dealing 100/140/180/220/260+(75% ability power) damage and slowing enemies hit by 50% for 2 seconds. range: 900 Target area radius: 200

Shared cooldown: 11/10.5/10/9.5/9

W: Quicksand/Icicle Shot Earth: Turns the earth in a target area into sand for 2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5 seconds. If enemies remain in the sand for 2 seconds they are rooted for the remainder of the duration. Cast range: 650 Target area radius: 200 cooldown(not shared with icicle shot): 25/22.5/20/17.5/15

Water: Turns water into a sharp icicle and flings it in a target direction, dealing 80/130/180/230/280+(85% ability power) damage to the first enemy hit. Range: 1000 Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5

E: Water Stance/ Earth Stance

Earth: Switch to water form

Water: Switch to Earth form

Cooldown: 5

R: Avalanche/ Maelstrom

Earth: Kawari channels for 1 second before unleashing an avalanche in a target direction. All enemies hit by the avalanche take 250/350/450+(70% ability power) damage and are stunned for 0.75/1/1.25 seconds. Width: 300 Range: 1000

Water: Kawari creates a Maelstrom at a target location for 5/7/9 seconds. All enemies inside the Maelstrom are slowed by 60% and have their magic resist reduced by 15/20/25%+ (2.5% per 100 ability power). While inside the Maelstrom Kawari gains immunity to slows. Cast range: 600 Radius: 450

Shared cooldown: 110/90/70

I am aware that this concept is more simple and some spells are similar to other champions. However, despite this I think the concept does a good job of having strengths specific solely to it. Please tell me if you have any critique as I am open to suggestions. Thank you!
