Giving Shyvana a rework

My friend and I were discussing how Shyvana doesn't feel very impactful when she ults. When a champion turns into a dragon it should be something that is brought to everyone's attention and focused on. It shouldn't be used as an escape tool. How cool would it be if she was a bruiser top lane that deals attack damage and turned into a mage that switched to ability power based on the amount of AD you had. I know it sounds extremely broken, but I believe in Riots capabilities to make it work. All of her abilities pre six are fine, but her ult would change into a dragon that is flying in the air like the drake does. When she changes the enemy champions near her would be pushed backwards by her ascent. One of her abilities could be her flying into the air being untargetable and sending down a fire ball which shoots out similar to xeraths ult to a targeted area but on a much smaller scale. Its just an idea and feel free to add any thoughts to it.
