Champion IDEA!

Okay riot so you know those Football launchers? Over time while they shoot footballs they shoot faster and faster? How about make a champion that has all these gadgets like HeimerDinger.. So the IDEA IS... Its gonna be a Top laner/Tanky its auto attack wont really be a auto attack it will be like a FootBall Launcher. Where when it shoots it will shoot faster and faster similar to jinxs but it will be like a machine gun! This wont be ADC since it shoots slow and it will be hard to shoot fast enough. So it will be like 10%<20%<25%<30%<40%<Burns out This is referring to the Attack Speed

PASSIVE: For every 2 bullets that comes out his gun thingy his machine gun thingy will progressively shoot faster and faster. After a short limit the gun will freeze or burn like rumbles and it will give him a Speed Boost or last bullet gives Crit.

Q: Place little traps similar like teemos and like jhins. What happens is when the player shoots the person in the trap it will detonate the trap and it will stun the player.

W: Makes your machine gun thingy shoot faster than usual but it will burn out the last bullet it shoots before it burns out deals Crit damage like Jhin.

E : Makes the player bounce in the air shooting little bombs under neath it. This will deal alot of damage and be helpful in teamfights. So imagine your getting ganked by Jax And Renekton. You will E in the air and it will stun them underneath it giving you time to get away.

R: You summon a turret that you control casting time is 3 seconds alowing you have time to jump into the turret. After 6 seconds you enter a machine gun turret and the turret shoots rapidly and you have a heater timer. It last for about 8 seconds and the turret will have tanky health so it would be hard to destory. After the 6 seconds the player jumps out of the turret and it explodes.

Original Skin: The first skin will be like similar to Rumbles where it is all trashy but make it a human that has all these gadgets and holds a big gun. Also give the player glasses.

Secondary Skin: Galaxy Skin. Wheres cool shades of glasses has reduced gadgets and ults shoot blue bullets out of it.
