This champion is a grim reaper character that is AP and instead of mana he uses Spirit and he gains spirit by attacking minions or champions (he can use mana if riot would not like to add a new thing).

Design: He can be designed as a floating character that glides just above the ground with a black teared cape with stringy pieces of black teared cloth hanging from the back, it reaches to the ground and exposes skeleton feet just barely visible, On his hands his cape exposes a little bit of his wrist and his hand, showing bones, his right hand holds a rather long curved scythe that reaches just above his head, his cape exposes his left hand, his left hand is used for magic/spirit for his E. He has a hooded head and can only see read eyes, no skeletal face. but when he uses his R his hood pops down and exposes a skull with glowing red eyes

Skills: Q - His Q is a scythe swing that has a small range but can hit everything within the range. Hitting something causes slow effect W - His W is a blast of shadow with a small range that slows and does damage depending on AP E - His E is used by his left hand and is stronger the more spirit he has, can only be used on a enemy champion and is a life steal effect that causes slows and takes a little bit of health adding to his health. More life steal per lvl R - His R gives him a speed boost that when used on a champion sends a beam of shadow causing life steal and slows, if he kills a champion with his ult you can see the champions spirit/ghost rise into the sky.

Lore: Azrael lived with only his father after his mother died during childbirth, his father worked in a mine but stole from the mine so he can buy food to feed his son, his boss found out he stole and sent someone to kill him (this was a long time ago so death was a penalty for stealing). When the boss's man went to kill Azraels father, Azrael got in the way and told the man to leave, the man killed Azrael and his father, but Azrael's spirit didnt leave and he killed the man. Azrael became a legend in lore and people started calling him Malak al-Maut, translating to Angel of Death.

If this has a possibitly to become a champion then Riot can change the lore, skills or even the design.
