What about that Warwick rework though? Here's an idea!

Hey fellas and fellettes, I come bringing an original idea for the someday-future-maybe Warwick Warwick rework. I'd love to hear what you all think!

Passive: Warwick's abilities gain power depending on the phases of the Moon, being New, Quarter, and Full (In a cycle of New > Quarter > Full > Quarter > New etc). Phases passively change every 90 seconds, and are broadcasted to all players (in the form of a moon in the corner, or something).

Q: Thirst for Carnage: Warwick strikes out in a cone in front of him, dealing damage and gaining affects depending on the phase of the Moon. 9/8/7/6/5 second cooldown. New Moon: Deals up to 20/40/60/80/100 physical damage + 60% of AD to targets in the cone, based on distance from Warwick, down to 40% damage. Quarter Moon: Deals the same damage as New Moon, and heals Warwick for 5% of the damage dealt. Full Moon: Deals max damage to all targets hit and heals Warwick for 5% of the damage dealt.

W: Pound of Flesh: Warwick's basic attacks passively gain lifesteal and percent current health damage as physical damage based on the maximum HP of the target, based on the phase of the Moon. (Think of it kinda like the Giant Slayer items, only its not compared to Warwick's own health) New Moon: Warwick gains up to 5/6/7/8/9/10% lifesteal and 1/2/3/4/5% current health damage. Quarter Moon: Warwick gains up to 7/9/11/13/15% lifesteal and 1/2/3/4/5% current health damage. Full Moon: Warwick gains up to 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% lifesteal and 1/2/3/4/5% current health damage.

E: Hungering Leap: Warwick leaps to the target area, dealing damage and gaining additional affects based on the phase of the Moon. 8 second cooldown at all ranks. New Moon: Deals 50/60/70/80/90% AD physical damage to all targets hit. Quarter Moon: Has all the effects of New Moon, and gains 10/15/20/25/30% attack speed for 3 seconds. Full Moon: Has all the effects of Quarter Moon, and stuns the target closest to Warwick for .6/.7/.8/.9/1 seconds. Targets hit by multiple leaps in a short duration are stunned for half the amount of time.

R: Blood Hunter's Onslaught: Warwick gains massive movement speed based on the phase of the Moon, along with massively reduced Q and E cooldowns (2 seconds each). Additionally, his abilities deal their damage twice (second hit deals reduced damage) to the target with the lowest % HP hit. Lasts 10 seconds, each used ability reduces the duration by .5 seconds. There will be a globally heard howl by both teams, regardless of position, notifying that Warwick is on the hunt. 120/105/90 second cooldown. New Moon: 30/40/50% movement speed and 10/20/30% damage on the second hit of his abilities. Quarter Moon: 40/55/70% movement speed and 15/25/35% damage on the second hit. Full Moon: 50/75/100% movement speed and 20/35/50% damage on the second hit.

This kit gives Warwick obvious points of power and weakness. Both teams can play around the phases of the Moon, attempting to fight when its most beneficial to them. Warwick will be at medium/average power 50% of the time with the two quarter phases, with the weak and strong phases occurring half as often. Even if a player doesn't know the specifics of the effects of the moon, it'll be generally known that the fuller the moon, the stronger the Warwick.

Warwick's current identity as a fast, hop on and murder target assassin/tank will be maintained thanks to his ult and E, while he still has the lifesteal and attack speed that is core to him thanks to his passive W.

This kit also transforms him into an assassin that is more effective against tanks, as he gains damage and lifesteal based on the maximum health of the ENEMY. While he can still leap into the fray and potentially eliminate the carries, he poses a threat to the tanks as well. Even if he doesn't kill the tank, they will need to think twice about engaging against a Warwick.

The cooldowns on his abilities thanks to his ultimate will help the squishy assassin Warwick sustain in a team fight or in a duel, hopefully killing his target and escaping. However, the Warwick must decide which ability to use, and if spamming them is more beneficial than the movement speed granted by his ultimate, as with each ability used, he loses duration on his ultimate. He can rapidly hop over walls to escape or cross the map, or to hop on and melt an enemy, with knockbacks and slows being less effective on him thanks to his E. The Warwick must choose if the mobility or assassination potential of is ult is more beneficial, lest he find himself in the middle of the enemy team with no ult or E to escape with.

Warwick would be played mostly in the jungle, but could also be a top laner. His innate sustain thanks to his Q during Quarter and Full moons will help him in both, while his potential for dueling tanks increases greatly in the top lane (where they are most present). A tanky Warwick would serve mostly as a meat shield/stun bot, as his E with ult activated can be used to jump around a teamfight, stunning priority targets to set up kills or save teammates. If he chooses to spam his Q instead, he becomes a cleaver that chunks away at groups of targets, while sustaining himself to remain in the fight.

Lastly, this kit would get rid of the issues with his current one. He no longer has point and click damage abilities, along with his current "click when you are fighting" W. He will be more useful overall, as his current kit allows him to eliminate one target, then just AFK basic attack until the fights over. I belive this kit gives a range of options for the Warwick player to use, as well as plenty of counterplay thanks to the phases of the Moon and his potential to be locked down and bursted in a fight. Additionally, when the enemy team hears the howl, they have to make the choice of continue what they're doing (sieging, pushing, roaming, etc) or seek shelter, with their choice depending on their positioning, grouping, and the phase of the Moon.

Thank you all for reading! I hope this gets some good criticisms and feedback, as its my first idea at a champion/champion rework.
