Add a fun/troll/experiment game mode.

Now, we've all seen our own merit of trolls in our games, be that normal or ranked games. Some people are trolling (not in the intentional feeding sense), purely having fun, messing around, trying new troll builds / masteries etc, but they still all have the same goal of beating the enemy team. So my suggestion is that Riot could add a game mode where people can actually do that. Same way people play ranked games to climb, or normal games to relax or try new champions, there could be a "test mode / fun mode" or call it whatever you'd like, where you would queue in it with the intention of trying new stuff etc, but more importantly having the patience that others will do too, that people will troll and mess around and not rage at them because of it.

Like, let's say that someone wants to try a full AP Nautilus build and it would fail in a normal game / ranked game. People would rage, they would be like "oh my god why would you try this suboptimal build, report trollbuild etc". Instead, in the fun mode, you would expect these kind of things, so you'd be tolerant, or even look out for these situations, therefore flaming would be avoided, people could actually try and have fun doing new innovative things etc.

Currently, the only game mode that people consider coming close to the one I'm suggesting is ARAM. People go all sorts of crazy, like AP Blitz / Alistar for example, but to be honest, I generally still wanna win and don't like when people go for suboptimal builds, even in ARAM. Instead, in a game mode where you choose to go in while knowing that this thing is supposed to happen, it's not gonna upset anyone and in all honesty, I think it would massively reduce the trolls (again, not the right-est use of the word) from other games, making normal and ranked games healthier at the same time.
