A button for a single role

Hello, I don't know if this was discussed already here. I want a button that will allow us to have only 1 role, but to wait longer (until we get on the desired role); Sometimes you want to play only 1 role, to get better etc. We get a lot of auto filled players( Everyone gets auto-filled so it is not the players fault) and we can't even dodge without a penalty; I feel like League of Legends, in this case, is against its players . I am sure that someone else said this already, but nothing changed. The only reason I can find for this is that Riot doesn't want to look like a dead game, as some players will wait more. I have mid / top ; I want to play mid but I get top almost 50% of the time, if not more than 50% , and I selected top as secondary because I'm needed to do so, as top is considered a lane chose by me, I will get auto filled on another lane; It's like I m getting auto-filled 50% of the games... Also for the dodge, we should have at least a free dodge without any penalty because it has no sense, you are getting punished even when you have a troll and you are the victim.

If you have any arguments as what I m saying is wrong I will discuss.
