Hello everyone. It might be a bit late but I decide to post an entry into the CCC. The Champion idea is Hemmorax. He's a champion that has been on my mind for quite some time.

----Summary----- Hemmorax is a melee fighter champion with clear strengths and weaknesses. He is best suited to the top-lane but requires good coopoeration with the jungler. He excels in 1v1 combat situations but lacks a presence in teamfights.

Hemmorax's main strength is his ability to chase down escaping prey and taking care of them quickly. His passive and E allow him mobility in and out of combat. However, he lacks any means of wave-clearing and he needs some time to witness his true power. In lane, he plays most like Trundle, using an ability and hitting until the cooldown refreshes. He provides moderate CC with his abilities and proves best in 1v1 or small skirmishes.

In teamfights, Hemmorax should generally wait before pouncing into the fray. Due to him having almost no AOE abilities and fair squishiness, Hemmorax needs to wait for the enemies to cast their spells before moving in for the kill. However, if you pounce in to initiate, you're lunch.

-----Lore----- While not much is known about the Darkin, this much is known. They're winged humanoids that seem to thrive off carnage and while currently the Darkin Blade is the only known Darkin, there are legends about a possible second Darkin.

The legends do not describe this creature in great detail but there is enough to assume he's a Darkin. A black hide, hunger for battle and an unmistakable look of bloodlust in it's eyes. The legends say it hunts down the weak, the dying and does not rest until the job is done. However, the legends do not describe him as humanoid rather as a sleek canine beast. They say you know when the beast hunts you as you will hear an eerie howl and a pair of blood-stained fangs that will be the last thing you ever see.

While the legends speak of this, no man has seen it with their eyes and there are no written records. While these stories may or may not be true, you'll find out when the beast comes for you.

-----Abilities----- Innate: Blood Hunt When an enemy champion has less than 30% health, they will recieve a debuff called 'Chased.' When moving towards a 'Chased' champion in 2700 range, Hemoorax's movement speed is increased by 30%. Using an ability on a 'Chased' champion gives it an empowered effect. Hemmorax also uses health for his abilities.

Q: Bared Fangs Passive: Hemmorax heals for 5/12/19/26/33(+0.2 bonus AD) health per attack. Active: Hemmorax's next attack within 4 seconds deals 20/40/60/80/100(+1.0 AD)+(4/5/6/7/8% of the target's maximum health) while increasing his attack damage by 20. Chased bonus: Upon using Bared Fangs on a 'Chased' champion, he slows the enemy by 40% for 1 second while doubling the attack damage bonus. Health cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Cooldown: 4 seconds Damage type: Physical

W: Reaper's Cry Active: Hemmorax lets loose a blood-curdling howl that fears enemies in a 350 radius for 0.6 seconds. Chased bonus: 'Chased' champions are feared for twice the duration. Health cost: 70 Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds

E: Death Bound Active: Hemmorax leaps forward for 350 range. If Hemmorax collides with an enemy, they are dealt 70/110/150/190/230(+0.4 bonus AD) damage. Chased bonus: When leaping towards a 'Chased' champion, the leap range is doubled. Health cost: 50 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds Damage type: Magical

R: Jaws of Death Active: Hemmorax lunges towards a champion in 500 range, dealing 100/150/200(+0.3 bonus AD) while applying the 'Chased' debufff regardless of their health for 7 seconds. Health cost: None Cooldown: 160/120/80 Damage type: Physical

I feel like he could be a hellhound.

cool concept, and simply executed in a good way, but he seems undertuned quite a bit; his fear length is abysmal even considering it's AoE potential and chased length, and in some ways, his heal is weaker than aatrox's. unless his base stats are really high, he may suffer in the laning phase against champions like pantheon and trundle. i imagine he'd be very scary if ahead and he'd be great for cleaning up after teamfights but some of his potential may be wasted if his numbers are so low.
