Can Talon get a new skin ?

I know what is everyone thinking . Why am i opening this subject ? Well this year a lot of champions got new skins and some of them already got to many . But what about talon he deserve a skin and many other champs . And a lot of artists have been working on fan arts and skin concepts for him and there are many ideas that will get wasted .
