Day 1 Today commences the new beginning of Xodus, a project amongst the Hundredth Generation purposed for the freedom of the Afterworld. To free the spirits of the dead, we have to locate three enigmatic artifacts within this world: the Heart of the Void, Soul King’s Crown of the Shadow Isles, and Nucleus of Zaun. Each of these relics are known to have existed for thousands of years as vacant stones that have been isolated from one another due to the countless wars that have tainted these lands. The vile magics that lingered in the air as an aftermath of such selfish warfare was absorbed by the relics, which exponentially increased their value and importance. Over the millennia, they continued gathering strength with no rest, and soon became significant pieces of history. The only way someone can harness the magic and knowledge obtained from these artifacts is to shatter them, and the only way someone can shatter them is to equalize their power with the powers of the artifacts. Luckily for us, we were the only kinds who had the possibility to pull this off, the Weirds. The Weirds, an antediluvian civilization that were created from the magics of the Universe, have evolved over ninety–nine generations, feasting off of the energy the space around them and attaining knowledge from the battles they fought. We are called the Weirds because we have no gender, no race, no identification, nothing. We are nobodies, hollow souls that have manifested human forms from human consumption. To deal with our emptiness, we decided to make our own purpose for living: freeing the souls of the fallen and bringing them back into the real world. We are the most powerful beings to exist in this Universe. Nothing can stop us, nor stand in our way from our desires.

Day 125 We’ve traveled over distant lands before we were able to conjure a rift into the Void without risking outside interferences. The Void is a vast place, almost an endless dimension of powerful, vile, mysterious energies. Deformed creatures, ranging from multiple sizes and physical attributes, walked the plains, either feasting on the landscape, the magic in the air, or one each other. They were mindless monsters who held no ambitions other than power and freedom. What were they trying to escape from? Was it the Void altogether? If so, I wouldn’t blame them for their heartbreaking intentions. It’s almost poetic. Monotonous beings fighting for survival and the power to flee what they believe is their home. However, I, nor the others, have no sympathy for the Void or its inhabitants. We ventured here for the Heart of the Void, a massive ruby–like stone that contains all of the power and knowledge of the Void. Soon enough, we discovered its whereabouts within the dimension and tracked it down in a heartbeat. When we obtained the relic, all of the Void were against us, hunting us down to protect the artifact. None of the beasts were a problem, for we finished them off quickly with no struggle. Except for two, however, though none of us considered them beasts. We were surprise attacked by a creature with features similar to a praying mantis with scythes for hands, and forced into evasive measures by an intellectual, cunning entity who knew the language of humans, had one massive eye that released beams of magic from it, and numerous tentacles that shot out energy with speed faster than any form of lightning anyone of us have ever seen before. We were able to get away, but there was definitely a struggle. And honestly, it seemed as if those two beings didn’t really care that we had the artifact. They just wanted us. Perhaps there is more to the Void than what we’ve inspected of it.

Day 250 Xodus has now reached the Shadow Isles, a malevolent place of hungry souls who exist to torment and steal life. Everything here was dead, including the land. Rotting mountains, abandoned constructs, and ravishing spirits summed up what was left of this place. We searched high and low for the Soul King, and were unable to find it at first. However, we were able to come across its location after a handful of inquisitions. When we came across the Soul King, the first thing we noticed was its size, matching that of the tallest skyscraper known to man. It was a skeleton covered in runed armor that weighed thousands of tons and could easily dent the earth beneath us. We initiated battle with the soul, bringing it down to nothing but rubble while dodging its brutal, intimidating attacks. After countless hours of fighting, all that was left of the Soul King was its colossal silver crown. Surprisingly, but still somewhat expected, there were intellectual beings here as well. When the Soul King perished, millions of souls escaped and shot into the air, but were then dragged down behind us. I turned to see another skeletal being wrapped in ragged clothing, inhaling in ecstasy as the souls were sucked into its lantern like a black hole. The soul looked at us with a murderous glare and launched a glowing hook pieced together by a long chain that could have extended miles beyond us. One of the members of Xodus was captured and dragged near the opponent. I jumped in while it was completely open and released an arrow of concentrated magic at it. The arrow exploded upon contact, sending the soul flying and stunning it when it collided with the ground. Without hesitation, we all left the Shadow Isles, trying to not to shed unnecessary blood. Or in this case, souls.

Day 375 Zaun has always been a place of interest for us. Not sure if it still holds the same glory as it used to, but it’s the primary source of all Techmaturgy and Hextechnology. Unfortunately, despite all of the amazing inventions that were created here and memorable events that occurred here as well, it’s now known as a place of incomplete, abandoned, and destroyed experiments. This place is highly sensitive and reactant. One wrong move here, and it could very well mean a punishment worse than death. Fortunately, we were the only ones here, and the nucleus of Zaun was in the very center of the place (obviously). The artifact was a small orb that isolate at a rate of at least a hundred million revolutions per second. To put that in simpler terms, it isolated at a speed in which it could phase through matter. We put blood, sweat, and tears (rhetorically) into capturing the damn thing, but we were able to acquire it. No one here admitted it, but we actually felt fear for the first time in a few years. Anyone would be nervous if they had to cross a field of highly dangerous equipment with every step being a possible deathtrap, while holding an artifact that could slip through their hands and effortlessly cause the death of millions.

Year 1.5 Project: Xodus is finally nearing completion. All three artifacts have been gathered, and everything is now prepared. Everyone is crowding the three artifacts, forming a circle around them while holding hands to balance their powers. I stood in the middle with the artifacts, and was about to be used as a catalyst to successfully transfer the energy from all of the Weirds into the relics. One by one, they poured their magic into me, and I completed the chain by pouring all of the borrowed power into the artifacts. Once the artifacts began to recognize that a high power was tempting to overthrow them, they responded by trying to outmatch us. For countless hours, it was a constant battle of power, one trying to break the other. I thought that we wouldn’t have made it, but then the artifacts began to crack and fall apart. We were dominating! Then it happened out of nowhere. A bright flash emerged from the artifacts, and soon an explosion that destroyed everything. It felt as if the earth trembled because of the burst of energy, but much more happened. I looked to see the world in its time of apocalypse, unstable energy causing storms of unimaginable violence, lightning eradicating what was left of the land, and mountains turning to mere dust. The air felt like fire, and death lingered everywhere. I was devastated to see that all of my fellow family was turned to stone from the reaction, still holding their hands, and there was no way to turn them back normal. I wasn’t turned to stone, and I was closest to the explosion. The only explanation would have to be that, for a split second, I matched the power of all three of the artifacts combined, which cancelled out the potential damage of the explosion. I was last one alive, the last of my kind, and the artifacts were nowhere to be found. Could it be that we actually broke them? No, that’s not what happened. The dead weren’t returning from the Afterworld like we expected. However, I felt so much more powerful than I ever have. Did I absorb the energy from the others? Or did I not cancel out the damage from the explosion, and absorbed it instead? It was all too sudden and unexpected to analyze properly, and there would never be a way to analyze what happened. The only two things that were certain were that my kin were gone, far from my reach, and my power increased by at least a hundredfold. From that day forward, I swore that I would carry out the intentions of the Hundredth Generation, and free the spirits of the Afterworld. With the Weirds residing in the Afterworld now as well, all that did is give me more purpose and desire. We will be liberated, and I will become the liberator, regardless of the cost! We will return victorious! “We are all limited by the laws of life. How beautiful would this world be if there were no limitations? The thought is marvelous, isn’t it?” – Neinstetler, as he gave a speech to his fellow Weirds.

Tips for playing as Neinstetler • Build items that increase Neinstetler’s movement speed and tenacity, so that he can benefit greatly from his passive. Run Summoner Spells such as Ghost or Cleanse to further enhance Soul Liberation. • Initiate your battles with Uprising Force so that you can benefit from the bonus effects of Essence Rupture. • If caught in a fender bender, use Spirit Thief to aid you in escaping unwinnable fights. The more, the merrier.

Tips for playing against Neinstetler • Be smart when placing crowd control effects on Neinstetler. Due to his passive, slow, stun, taunt, and snare durations are drastically reduced when placed on him. Utilize all possible CC when other teammates are nearby, so that he can be burst down before he has the chance to escape. • Neinstetler is fast. Buy items that can grant you bonus movement speed and remove debuffs so that you can stay on his tail. Watch out for Spirit Thief when it’s casted. If your teammates walk over it, he’ll receive a massive movement speed boost from it, while you all are slowed. • Remember. Neinstetler is NOT an attack damage champion. He operates off of ability power, and if he chains his abilities, can be very deadly. Obtain some form of magic resist so that you can sustain more damage in battle against him.

Additional Skin(s)

Pre – Evolution Neinstetler: Neinstetler’s body is a foggy mist that shows slight physical physiques similar to those of a human body. He wields a massive spectral bow that is the same size as him. The particle effects on his abilities are replaced with animations that give off an eerie, mist-like appearance.

Relic Aristocrat Neinstetler: Neinstetler’s is dressed in golden royal armor with a red, tattered cape that flares like a kindling flame. In the center of his chestpiece is a large purple stone that radiates energy around his upper body. Neinstetler’s face is covered by a golden mask that represents a human skull, and on the forehead of the skull is a small forest-green gem. The gem appears foggy due to the countless amount of souls that swarm inside of it, and radiates energy around his head and neck. His bow is a large hextech weapon with an isolating orb in the center of it. The orb glows a bright white light and radiates energy around the entire bow, and the arrow that is nocked on to it as well.

The detail in this is incredible, and I like every single part of it, except for his Q. With his clones up (do the clones use your abilities?), and if you buy Lich Blade, you have 275% (175% if clones no use abilities, still OP) of ability power as damage every 3 seconds. That is just a bit OP. A very big bit, seeing as if you go full AP you can very easily take out people instantly, and 2v1 works as well with Uprising Force, knocking them both up, killing one, then killing the other as they come out of CC. Just lower the AP percentage damage or increase the cooldown, and this guy is amazing.

Lots of work was done here, and it's all great. Good work on coming up with a complete champ design as good as this.
