What riot should do for skins

Make shards disenchant for more.

Thats not it though.

There are so many champions that only have 1 skin or very few. Riot should stop making high quality skins. Well at least make less. For a short time at least they need to just fill up some empty spots with some basic skins. They can look good but we don't always need new effects, emotes, and voice lines.
