passive: They will not live: Glarus deals 1% increased damage for every 2.5% health his target is missing. In addition he gains 35 movement speed while walking towards champions below 40% health.

q-Threatening swing: Glarus will swing his axe in a line after a delay dealing 80/105/130/155/180(+100% bonus ad) damage and causing his targets to bleed for 30/45/60/75/90(+50% of bonus ad) additional true damage over 4 seconds. During this time the targets are also slowed by 15%. mana cost:60/65/70/75/80 cool down:10/9/8/7/6

w-Concussive blow: Glarus's next auto attack will hit his target with the back of his axe's head with a concussive swing, stunning the target for 1.5 seconds, dealing 50/70/90/110/130(+100%bonus ad) bonus damage mana cost:45/50/55/60/65 cool down:10/9.5/9/8.5/8

e-Marked for execution: passive:Whenever One of Glarus's marked targets die, he permanently gains 5 attack damage. (Max 10 stacks)

active:Glarus marks an enemy champion anywhere on the map, making this target take 15/16/17/18/19% more damage from allies for 240 seconds(or until it dies). mana cost: none cool down:180(resets if target dies)

R-Fatal Strike: Glarus will knock a target champion back dealing massive damage 350/450/550(+100%bonus damage) to his target. If a champion is below 25% health while Glarus's ultimate is ready, a death mark will appear over their head, and they can be executed by Fatal Strike. mana cost:100 cool down:125/100/75

I wouldn't mind seeing this a champion. Anybody?
