Cancelled Skin Concept to New Skin: Solari Crusader Mordekaiser

Recently, I became aware of a Mordekaiser skin that was cancelled and later replaced with King of Clubs.
After seeing the above splash art, courtesy of this thread, it reminded me of Solaire from Dark Souls; best known for "Praise the Sun!"
So in my mind, I saw Mordekaiser's Crusader skin being given a Solari tabard and special sun/bright particles to match his allegiance to the Solari cause!
Appearance Notes:
- Give him the Solari tabard (red and gold, to distinguish him a bit more from Solaire).
- Leave his hammer as-is. Solaire uses a sword/shield anyway and this would help distinguish him from King of Clubs.
- Leave his menacing glowing eyes
Spell Effects:
- Passive: His armor Glows based on how full it is
- Q: Brighter shine based on stack
- W: Make it look like a bright sun under both targets
- E: Bright rays of the sun
- R: Looks like the sun being focused through a magnifying glass
Added VO:
- Praise... The... Solari! (one word per Q strike)
- Radiance! (as he hits a champion with E)
- Glorious Burning! (tags champion/dragon with R)
