Someone Please help me with my stream!!! :( OBS keeps crashing

KAY! So I JUST started using OBS, and I was SOOOOO excited because I got my overlays <3 (I switched from xSplit). ANyways..every time I go into game, my entire stream freezes and it shows that it froze on OBS too.... HELP :(
