[Champion Concept] Milana, The Hermit Witch

I was thinking today about a diferent champion with a mecanic not so new, but that not exist on the league, the ressurection. Milana, The Hermit Witch Suport, Mage • Passive - Remains Colection: Whenever a big monster or an enemy champion dies, they leave a fetish on the ground that last 5 minutes. When Milana picks one fetish she gains a permanent stack.When she reaches an X number of stacks one of her other skills gains a secundary effect and so on. When she gains an assist on a kill she stacks automaticaly. • Q - Potion Throw: Milana throw one health potion on an ally, healing over time. With 7 fetish stacks her potion throw also heals her target mana. • W - Totem of Might/Hex: Milana place a totem on the field that reveal an area and within the revealed área her alies/enemies deals/recives a percentage extra of damage.( Don't decided yet) At each level the totem gain one point of life - 1 in first level to 5 At fifth. The totem has a fixed duration of 60 seconds. The skill can charge 3 times, and Milana can have 2 totens on field at same time. With 16 fetish stacks her totem gains an increased range of sight and effect. • E - Not Decided, some scape or crowd-control skill With 26 fetish stacks her E gains improvment • R - Ancient Call: Milana call the powers of the ancestors to restore the life of the deceased. Milana charges during 3/1.5/0.5 seconds and revives all dead allies at 30/60/90 % of life. Cost: 300/250/200 mana Cooldown: 150/135/120 seconds With 38 fetish stacks Ancient Call also provides shields to the live alies - and Milana herself.

I think on her like a middle-aged slim woman, with tanned skin, white/blonde hair and white body paintings. She should use a crude skirt made with animal hides and feathers, a cloth top and holds a ritual knife and a fetish doll or skull, and walks with bare foot.
