Harun, Leader of the Onyx Bear Mercenaries

Meant to be a utilitarian champion, it can switch between support or adc depending on build. Also provides a sense of teamwork, with his Void Grenade pulling his enemies together and then his ultimate shielding everyone.

Passive: Kinetic Core Matrix Each auto-attack builds X Power, with auto-attacks against minions and neutral monsters building 0.5*X Power. Every 2 points of Power increases your movement speed by 1. Power decays at a rate of 5 every second if it has not been increased within 5 seconds. Your maximum Power is 90, and an ability will use 30 Power if available causing it to be Empowered and having additional effects. X = 2/4/6/8 at 1/6/11/16 levels.

Q- Barrage CD: 20/19/18/17/16 after Barrage ends. Range: 1000 After bracing himself, Harun fires a continuous fuselage of bullets towards the cursor over the next 5 seconds. He fires 3/4/5/6/7 + (6/7/8/9/10(minimum)*Attack Speed at the time of cast) bullets, each doing 15/20/25/30/35 (+60% bonus AD)(+25% AP) physical damage to the first target struck. Damage is doubled vs. minions. Empowered Q, bullets pierce enemies dealing damage to all hit. Bullets shred the armor of the first enemy hit by 8%. If an enemy is the first enemy hit with multiple bullets, each additional bullet shreds the armor by an additional 4%. The armor shred lasts 3 seconds. CD is reduced by 3 Seconds if cancelled by movement commands or pressing Q again.

W- Void Grenade CD: 26/24/22/20/18 AoE: 450r Center AoE 100r Harun tosses out a grenade that tears a rift in space, after bouncing once. Enemies in range are pulled a set distance towards the center of the AoE. If pulled into the center or are in the center when the grenade goes off, they are dealt 60/100/150/200/250(+60% AP) magic damage. Empowered W, the grenade deals additional damage, and you are suppressed for 1.5 seconds. Additional damage is 20/40/60/80/100(+40% AP) magic damage. Pull distance is up to 250, stopping if you enter the center radius.

E- Cross Slash CD: 8 Arc (80º cone-wedge, 150 long) Harun grabs his twin kukri and makes a quick slash with each blade. Enemies within the arc are slowed by 20/30/40/50/60% for 2 seconds which decays over the duration and take physical damage equal to 30/60/90/120/150 (+60% AD)(+10% AP). Additionally enemies hit by Cross Slash generate Power equal to 1.5 times the normal amount an auto-attack would generate. Empowered E, the slow increases by 30% and the arc's range increases to 300. The Ability power ratio increases to 50%.

R- Core Surge CD: 180/150/120 Range: 300 for allied shielding. Activating the power core, Harun causes power to flood his armor system. This grants Harun 90 Power, with any excess power lost. Also the excess energy forms a defensive shield on himself and nearby allies. This shield blocks 200/250/300 (+40% AP) damage and lasts for 5 seconds. Allies get half the shield amount
