[Lengthy] List of ideas and feedback

Thanks first off if you have read through any part of the Google Doc. The Doc includes a Table of Contents, in case there are sections that you are not interested in reading.

The list is cumulative from ~3-4 years ago until now of some of the ideas/feedback I have had...so some of the ideas may have been suggested here on the boards already. Some of the topics have also been addressed/similarly implemented already. (like the recent addition to the LoL Friends app)

Any comments/feedback are much appreciated! (there's always room for improvement)
